Missing Channels

Usually this happens because your guide settings are accidentally hiding some channels, or because of a receiver error. Following the steps below will usually make your missing channels reappear!

 

On rare occassions, routine maintenance or negotiations between Dish and channel owners can get in the way of your viewing experience. See if your channel is affected by a dispute.

Press the Guide button on your remote and look for Showing: All Subscribed.

 

If Showing: is followed by a dfferent filter, press the Options button and select All Subscribed.

Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

 

Once you turn your TV and Hopper back on, the reset process may take up to 5 minutes.

1. Log in to your mydish.com account.

 

2. Select My Account, then select My Equipment

 

3. Select Wake Up Receivers, then wait 5 minutes for service to return.
