When switching to the Netflix App, the Hopper freezes giving me a blank pinkish screen. If I switch inputs on my smart TV, I can get to Netflix just fine with Hopper out of the loop. It takes a hard reset (unplug) to free up the hopper even to go back to regular Dish programming. A soft reset does not do it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We do have a known issue with Netflix where the screen does not respond, but this is something different. Will you please send me a private message with your phone number and PIN so that I can submit a report on the issue?
