Seems like we have something new started to deny service. No internet during times when office hours are closed (including the 24hr-7day trouble line) when there is no customer service. Today is not the first time and my bet it will miraculously come on at 8 am as usual. Great service folks!

Broadband Support hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 1:00am and Sat - Sun: 7:30am - 12:00am Eastern Time. To check and troubleshoot your Internet for your dishNET service, please contact our Broadband Support team at 1-800-333-3474. They will have access to your records and can answer any questions that you may have concerning your service.
