Troubleshoot Missing Channels.
Here are a few steps to resolve the issue.
First, reauthorize your receiver. Log into the MyDISH app or your mydish.com account online and access the my equipment page to wake up your receiver.
Then, follow the prompts on the screen to reauthorize your receiver.
Wait five to ten minutes for your reauthorization, then check your channels again.
If the channels are still not working, reset your receiver. Unplug the power cord of your Dish receiver for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
The reset process may take up to five minutes to complete.
