Channel Unavailable

Are you getting a "Channel Unavailable" error (030)? The channel you’re watching may be unavailable due to routine maintenance.

If you are not experiencing scheduled maintenance or the time has passed, unplug the power cord of your DISH receiver (typically has a red tag) from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

 

The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.

 

Note: If you have performed a check switch test in the past, do not perform a check during scheduled satellite maintenance.
