Need to pause your DISH account? Here’s what you need to know!
 

If your DISH account is in good standing, pausing your account is a great option for life events such as extended vacations, military service, financial difficulties, or catastrophic events.
 

For just $5 per month, you can place your account on Pause – allowing you to return without the hassle of reinstalling or requalifying for new service.

When you’re ready to reactivate, you can turn your service back on by giving us a call to reactivate the services.

• Pause is available for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of nine months.
• Your service agreement will be extended to pick up where you left off. For example, if you had six months remaining on your contract before pausing, you will still have six months left when you return.
• Any recurring or promotional credits on your account will be forfeited when you pause your service.
