For new and existing customers, beginning the billing cycle after May 12th, 2022: To keep up with the costs associated with supporting our valued DISH Protect customers, DISH will be increasing the monthly charge for all service levels of DISH Protect (monthly charge increasing by $1.00 for all tiers except for DISH Protect Platinum, which increases by $5.00). At the same time, we are committed to delivering ongoing value so we have expanded the included identity protection benefits for all DISH Protect customers. Previously DISH Protect Silver only offered passive identity restoration and all other tiers offered a scaled down proactive identity protection & monitoring. To continue to expand the value of this product for our customers, we will now offer active identity protection with expanded benefits to all DISH Protect subscribers (provided by Identity Force, a Transunion company). Subscribers in DISH Protect Plus (eligible for subscribers age 55 and older) will receive an expanded version of the identity protection benefit (Identity Protection Plus) as well as free expedited shipping on DISH orders.
