Get no-cost in-home service visits for any customer care work order. Ordinarily $95, DISH Protect subscribers pay nothing and get free shipping on all replacement DISH equipment.
Advanced Agent Access
When you call, you will be routed to our more experienced agents when available to ensure your concerns are addressed in the best way possible.
First Appointment of the Day
If you ever need a technician visit, you will have the option to book the first time slot of the day whenever available.
Joeys at No Upfront Cost
Add additional rooms of service for no upfront cost. * Free Joey offer with DISH Protect is specific to the "standard Joey" receiver type. Other Joeys, including but not limited to Joey 4, 4K Joey, WiFi Joey, and WiFi access point will have an additional cost.

A dedicated Scam Hotline, offering expert guidance on identifying and avoiding scams. Services include proactive scam evaluations, identity verification tools, and post-scam recovery assistance, such as police report guidance, SSN theft support, and emotional trauma resources.
