Troubleshoot low, distorted, or no audio. Here are two ways to resolve this issue.
Solution One: Let’s check the volume. Press the Mute button on your remote to see if the audio has been accidentally muted.
If not, press the volume up button on your remote to see if the audio is turned down too low.
Solution Two: Still having issues? Let’s check your cable connections. Ensure the video cable is securely connected from the back or side of your TV to the back of your receiver.
Ensure any other equipment between your TV and receiver is connected securely and powered “ON” as well.
