If when you press Guide you can scroll through channels, but nothing is playing, there's a few things your could try.
- Restart your DISH receiver
- Press the power button to turn the receiver off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Change the channel
- Try another channel, then return to your intended channel.
- Try another channel, then return to your intended channel.
- Reset your DISH receiver
- Unplug the power cord of the primary receiver from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Allow up to 10 minutes for the device to reset.
- If you have a Joey, unplug and reset it as well.
- Unplug the power cord of the primary receiver from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
