Frequently asked questions

Your base programming package rate is guaranteed not to increase for two years.

However, your bill will change if you add programming, buy Pay-Per-View or on demand content, or upgrade your equipment.

Please be aware of two trial expirations during your first six months:

  • Premium channels free trial: You received three free months of Showtime. Starting on your fourth bill, you will be charged the standard rate. To avoid being charged, remove these channels in My programming.

  • DISH Protect: You received six free months of DISH Protect, which provides free shipping on equipment replacements and reduces the cost of in-home service. Starting on your seventh bill, you will be charged the current monthly rate. To avoid being charged, remove DISH Protect online.

Note: If you want to keep your premium channels or DISH Protect, no action is necessary. They will automatically roll over to the standard monthly rate.

It may take up to four days for updates to AutoPay to take effect. Changes made within four days of your due date may still be automatically processed using your old payment information.
